Blog Reader Survey!

In an effort to figure out how people are getting Owen info/pix, I am trying to find out who reads this blog regularly and uses it as their main way to keep up with our family. I am finding "photo management" to be much more difficult than getting enough sleep as a new mommy! Currently I am using facebook and this blog to share pix. I am building a Shutterfly share site as well, mainly for several people who don't use facebook or read the blog as much. If you read this, could you please leave a comment to this post or send me an email to let me know:

1. How do you like to keep up with us- Junebug blog, Casaluna blog, facebook, email, or a combination?
2. Would you want to be invited to a Shutterfly sharesite and there you can opt to receive emails when we add new pix?

I don't want to bombard people with photos but at the same time love the idea that they are there for people to access when they have time or inclination. Thanks for your help with this!

Hi there Mom of my best grandson. To answer your survey, I am ravenous for all and every bit of info on my little Owen. I am so grateful for all your stuff. Now, I don't think we need you to spend so much time keeping me informed. A picture sharing site would be fine for photos and save the written info for a blog. The only thing I ask is please keep the information coming. It keeps me as part of your lives. Gramp

Hi Peg, I'm kind of all over the Internet, including facebook and the blogs, so I always check for new pics and updates wherever I happen to be, so no problem for me. But I think the people who don't have facebook accounts would probably like the Shutterfly site, so they can see more pictures. :)

I really can't wait to see Owen in person and give him big hugs and kisses. We may be in LA for winter vacay. Stay tuned.

Hi there -- I check everysite -- usually junebug, then i go look at facebook to see if there's anything there. I like the stories that go along with the pictures, but I'll find owen pictures where ever you put them. tammy does flickr, and i just send her email questions for the narrative 8-) llove you11

Do whatever works for you. I did chuckle to myself when you started setting up all these blogs pre-baby and wondered what would survive with consistent updates. I post very few pictures to facebook, as I rely on the blog mostly for that as it is very easy using Picassa to upload straight to the blog once I dump from my camera. plus there are programs now that will print your blog including pictures as a nice momento. Good luck sorting it all out and just let us know what you end up doing.

I'm late to the survey : ) but I probably look on FB the most, check in at CasaLuna not entirely enough, always look forward to new Piñata posts, and think this one here is going to be a record you'll treasure more than anything else!

We took a "babymoon" overnight trip this Valentine's weekend down to Carlsbad. We stayed right across from the beach and had time to relax, walk on the beach, eat yummy food, shop, see my cousin C. and her fiance M., and even go to the beautiful new Encinitas library!
