Our neighbors sold us their glider today as they were packing the moving truck; we love it! Luna and I have been jumping on as soon as the other one gets up for a second. It reclines and swivels and we are in love!
Oh, it's very beautiful and looks oh-so comfy. You will be spending a lot of time in there so I am glad you like it! I can tell you are already fighting Lunabell for lounging rights. :)
Very cool glider and wise decision, you look so cute/comfy! I got VERY sore sitting on the ground a lot (perhaps one of the reasons I went for an MRI of my tailbone this week... yup, I did, issues in hosp. post delivery w/ Sean, 4 mths later finally taking care of ME... no worries, rare!!!) and with 2nd I finally got a used rocking chair from a relative, better late than never, ha! ha!
In an effort to figure out how people are getting Owen info/pix, I am trying to find out who reads this blog regularly and uses it as their main way to keep up with our family. I am finding "photo management" to be much more difficult than getting enough sleep as a new mommy! Currently I am using facebook and this blog to share pix. I am building a Shutterfly share site as well, mainly for several people who don't use facebook or read the blog as much. If you read this, could you please leave a comment to this post or send me an email to let me know: 1. How do you like to keep up with us- Junebug blog, Casaluna blog, facebook, email, or a combination? 2. Would you want to be invited to a Shutterfly sharesite and there you can opt to receive emails when we add new pix? I don't want to bombard people with photos but at the same time love the idea that they are there for people to access when they have time or inclination. Thanks for your help with this!
We took a "babymoon" overnight trip this Valentine's weekend down to Carlsbad. We stayed right across from the beach and had time to relax, walk on the beach, eat yummy food, shop, see my cousin C. and her fiance M., and even go to the beautiful new Encinitas library! It was a great pre-parenting getaway! Now that I'm home, I'm starting to do the heavy-duty research on what we need and don't need, and I'm realizing I don't know much! For instance-how many bottles do we need? What's the difference between travel systems, infant car seats, bases and convertible car seats? Who knew that I didn't know? Not me! Wish us luck!!
