fruits and vegetables

Before this pregnancy, I loved veggies and didn't enjoy fruit that much (other than berries and the occasional piece of citrus) Now, the situation has reversed. I eat 2-3 clementines a day, a grapefruit every couple of days, and lots of bananas, green apples, and blueberries. But swallow a vegetable? Not likely. I doctored up a can of french style green beans with dried cranberries and slivered almonds tonight, but I need some suggestions on adding more veggies when I don't have a taste for them. Anyone?

Peggy, disguise the veggies in fruit smoothies. Use the strong taste of pineapple and mango and while they are not looking slide in some carrot or asparagus or yellow squash or whatever will go in without a fight. Don't forget, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream are veggies... joe
